Cool Blue Harmony & Prism Schism

1:20 AM

Hello lovelies! I hope you're doing well. Today I have my swatches and review on two FingerPaints soak off gel polish colors! I know many of you lean more towards regular nail polish and lacquers, but maybe some of you are like me and enjoy it all! If you do this one is for you!

Blue Cool Harmony
2 coats + Fp Gel top coat

Prism Schism
One coat added over BCH + Fp gel topcoat.
This topper is full of holo sparks. It would look great over everything... Because yay holo top coats!

Fun fact!... I like to keep my dominant hand manicured in soak off gels. One because when I have a super bad anxiety day, the first thing I do is bite them off. And it's a horrible sight. Sigh. Keeping them manicured is key for me.

I also like that my manicure will last while I'm swatching or doing nail art, removing polish or whatever it may be. My normal wear time using these is around 11-12 days on my fingers and around 3 weeks on my toes.  I didn't make it past 5 using some others that I have. Apparently my nails are stubborn, but I'm really pleased with these.
Cure time is really simple, thirty seconds for their base coat and one minute per coat of color curing between coats. I cured the glitter topper and top coat for one minute each, wiped the tacky layer off with 91% isopropyl alcohol, applied cuticle oil and called it a day!

FingerPaints soak off gel comes in 24 core colors. I've seen some seasonal/holiday/limited editions in stores as well.
These are available at Sally Beauty Supply stores nationwide and retail $9.99 usd if you have a Sally's card. They also have a lot of bogo offers so I like to keep my eyes out for that!
I will have more soak off gel swatches for you coming in the future. I hope you'll check those out if you're interested!

Until next time!
Xo, Lo

  2. Beautiful colors! I saw that Blue Cool Harmony at Sallys but didnt get it. Instead I got a purple gel called Appetite for the Archetype & flakie gel polish that was on clearance. After trying out Madam Glam Gel Beginners kit, I've been hooked on gel polishes! I'll definitely have to get these gels now that I see what they look like! 😊
