Today I'm bringing you two manicures I did using Polish'M polish and Sharpie markers!

I used the markers to color on some foil and my brush dipped in isopropyl alcohol to liquify my sharpie colors (one color at a time as I went along painting). I also dabbed my brush to remove excess color because I didn't want it to run away all over making a huge mess that's hard to remove. 

For the first manicure I gently painted my colors on randomly over a dry base of Polish'M Silver lining which is gorgeous. Silver lining dries with a gritty glitter texture which is perfect for painting on a sharpie base! When that was dry I topcoated with a quick dry top coat and stamped using an image from BornPretty plate Bp-64 (10% off code listed in sidebar in case you'd ever like to use it). 

OoOoh fun with sharpies and stamping. Lol, I really thought this was a fun mani. 

For my second mani I used Polish 'M "Gold Digger" as my base. I did everything the same as the first time, only this time I painted the colors in a gradient and blended them together. I really enjoyed this one, the art I wanted to add was a fail... But it was still a gorgeous manicure in my opinion anyway.

Today I'll be sharing swatches of the LE July-August Once In A Wild collection by FingerPaints. This collection has six polishes and they're definitely getting ready for fall. My favorite season! Even though it's summer where I am, I'm over the triple digit heat already and it's just starting lol! Since I can't have fall weather I'll take fall polish, so....Onto the polish!

Exotic Emerald

All of these are two coats plus topcoat. 

Amazon sky, Once In A Wild & Exotic Emerald all dry to a gritty glitter matte finish. Even though I love textured polish they look best top coated in my opinion. 

The formula on my bottle of Exotic Emerald was on the thick side, a few drops of thinner fixed that.

Today I'm happy to bring you a review on some amazing Glass nail files from Mont Bleu! They sent me a few of their glass nail files to try and I'm in love! Mont Bleu  manufactures not only glass nail files but other decorative beauty items as well. Many have Swarovski crystals added to them for some gorgeous sparkle. They also have beautiful hand painted pieces. They have so many options and beautiful designs, there's something for everyone and then some! I'm really interested in picking up their file with a hard case so it has the extra protection while being carried around in my purse! 

Here are the files I got to try! 

These are from their classic line which are beautiful colored handles that gently gradient themselves to a more gentle faded color as it gets towards the file end. They come in three sizes, large (7.68in), medium and small. Pictured here are the Medium (5.32in) and small (3.54in) sizes. 

The small files are perfect for home or  to keep in your purse or car. My nails love me so much more when I'm always prepared lol! 

I also received two files with Swarovski Crystal decor and they're lovely! Let's take a peek at those. 

I have these in the large size (7.68in) and the small (3.54in). That is one big file, I'll probably use that beauty to keep hubby's nails nice and trimmed. I love the Swarovski accents though!! Ohh ahh!

They're so pretty and sparkly! 

These files are extremely well made. They're etched and will last a lifetime if you take care of them properly. When I feel like mine aren't filing as well I give them a gentle wash and dry and they're like brand new all over again!

I've tried some really crappy "glass files" that were coated and not etched. And those give glass files a bad name. These are the real deal. Awesome, amazing, I can't even handle how much I love them. They can easily take off length if you prefer to file rather than cut your nails. Or just a light touch to maintain your nails. And I find they don't shred the edge of my nails like normal nail files and emery boards.

Today I have some easy nail art using three zoya pixie dust colors and quatrefoil  stencils from vibrant vinyls! I've been so lazy in the art dept that I feel like I just want to use all the vinyls, so I can have super easy and fun nails in no time. This might be one of my favorites.

Im so excited!!!!! Today I will be sharing my shark week 2015 manicure! This is my second ever shark week manicure and my first time doing the reverse stamping technique! I hope you enjoy my Shark week manicure. Onto the pics! 

For my base I used FingerPaints "Amazon Sky" currently available at Sally Beauty Supply. I will have swatches of the entire collection coming soon so be on the look out for those! 

For my reverse stamping I used ÜberChic beauty plate 2-03, a mix of two grey polishes and a mix of pink and white. I used Bundle Monster black to stamp my image before filling it on the stamper.  

I also added these fun sea themed water decals from Born Pretty Store, item #BP-W21. Over all I'm very excited and happy with this manicure! I definitely want to explore more with reverse stamping.

I hope you're well. Today I have some fun crellies from Polish'M, these are from her Prototype grab bag which contains three prototype polishes for $18usd with Free U.S. shipping. I'm pretty excited because I love crellies and because this will be my first post with macro pictures included! Yay for me not being so lazy! All swatches are two decent coats plus topcoat. For crellies I like to use Gelous and seche vite. Polish'M crellies are hands down my favorite. I need them all in my life.
