Silver Mirror Effect/ Aluminum Flakes

Next using the same application method I tried the transparent Chameleon flakes over both black and white. 

These flakies give totally different looks depending on your base color. I love the pastel feel but I definitely love them over black. My polish choices are Wedding Gown White and Little Black Dress both by Glisten & Glow.

Seize The Grey

I decided this could make for a cute winter look! I chose a couple of images from 2 of my favorite holiday plates from this year and here’s what I put together.

For this mani I’ve taken two thin coats of a black soak off gel over a completely dry coat of UNT Ready for take off peel off base coat. This makes gel swatching a breeze. Once cured I applied a thin coat of the Lily Angel no wipe top coat and cured it under an led lamp for 60 seconds. (On the label of mine they have the cure times switched, under an led mine was cured perfectly in just 60 seconds, not 3 minutes which I assume is actually the UV cure time.) Then I applied a small amount of the Holo Chameleon powder and rubbed it in with a sponge eyeshadow applicator. I applied one more coat of Lily Angel no wipe top coat, washed, dried and moisturized my hands. The end result is gorgeous! I can’t get over this finish.

Here are the two of the newest additions! 

(Updated) Original Unicorn Horn Brush is an angled version that has a bristle width of about 5.5-6.5 mm with a short multichrome handle. These have been updated since the initial launch. 

The other is the Baby Unicorn Horn Brush, a rounded cut clean up brush that is approximately the same width as the angled brush. Since this one is round it would also make a nice brush for painting flower petals or cleaning up french smile lines!

The updated original has fewer bristles which makes for a thinner brush to allow to get into the sidewalls of your nail nicely.  

There is also one more style, Le Petite it has white and pink bristles with an angled cut. 

The brush width difference between the originals and Le Petite is about .5mm. The original is approximately 6-7mm. These brushes are sold seperately for a current discounted price of $4.50 each or as a 3 piece bundle for $11! All of these brushes have synthetic bristles, in pure acetone they will break down over time. To help prolong your brushes you can use them to swipe cuticle oil around your nails after acetone use. I also love to use mine for applying hand cream around my nails before taking swatch pics. You can find these and more in the shop link below!
