Hello lovelies! I’m back with another post on an American Made Wax Co product. If you missed my first post on AMWaxCo you can find it here with some info about the company and a fabulous wax scent shot and a scent sachet! Today I’ll be sharing pics and thoughts on an upcoming nail care product, their cuticle soufflé!

Once my samples arrived I put them to the test. I traded out my cuticle cream for this soufflé and gave it all of my attention. I still used cuticles oil in my nail routine because I can’t live without it. If you prefer creams and souffles over oil you will LOVE these! I highly suggest trying this cuticle soufflé out. Even if you love oil this souffle would make a great addition to your nail care routine.

I have to say that the formula is really great! It feels luxurious. Nice and creamy but also thick without being stiff. It melts really nicely into the skin and doesn’t leave behind a greasy feel.

My cuticles felt soft and hydrated. I've been using these during all times of the day but I especially love it at night. I slather my cuticles in a small amount and give them a quick rub. If I grabbed a little too much I just massage the rest of it into my hands!

After cleaning up this manicure I had some minor dry patches. I applied some cuticle soufflé waited a minute and took these pictures, no more dry spots! My skin just drinks it up! I love it. Cuticle soufflés, creams and oils are a must for me to maintain decent cuticles. AMWaxCO will be offering their cuticle soufflé in 1oz packages and I think they are definitely worth a try!

Avoda Kedavra – A unique blend of avocado, olive oil, lemongrass and musk.

Unbreakable Vow – Freshly sliced ripened mango with base notes of graham crackers and sweet cream butter, middle notes of vanilla, sweetened condensed milk and cream cheese.

American Made Wax Co. Wax & Scent Sachet

Hello lovelies! There are zero manicures in this one and that’s because today’s post is all about a couple of my other favorite things in life. Today's post is all about an awesome wax scent shot & scent sachet from American Made Wax Co.

First I’d like to start off with letting you know a little bit more about American Made Wax Co. This little business is family owned and is a subsidiary of their shirts and decals business ! While Shanel & her husband Scott run the shirt and decal side, Shanel and her sister are the brains behind the wax scent shot tarts. Even though they live thousands of miles apart they’ve made it happen!

AMWaxCo was named after their love for our country and a love of wax. Their family history is pretty interesting as well, they’ve traced their lineage back to the early Revolutionary times in the 1700’s. Now that you know a little about the company let’s take a look at the wax scent shot!

AMWaxCo uses a custom hand mixed Para-Soy blend for all of their wax products. Check out the beautiful swirly wax pool this one was creating as it melted down. Spring In Boston is described as Freshly brewed tea with rose hips, jasmine, chai spice and musk. Combined with fresh lemons, warm vanilla extract and cream. I’ve had half of this wax tart melting for around 7 hours and my room smells amazing! (Last minute update, I melted this half for around 10 hours in two intervals)

AMWaxCo also offers these amazing scent sachets!

These sachets are a muslin bag that are made in the USA using 100% unbleached cotton also grown in the USA. I think they’re super cute too! I love the logo and scent sachet label printed on them.

The sachets are filled with a highly absorbant granular base scented with a custom mixed fragrance oil. These can be used in your vehicle, closets or dressers. They recommend not placing them directly on wood, plastic or painted surfaces as any unabsorbed fragrance can cause possible damage to the surface area. So I placed mine into a small mason jar and tucked it away in a cup holder in my car. It smells amazing! I have the Wild Taffy Crush scent and it smells so good. It’s described as a lucious blend of confectionery sugar paired with fruit syrup of wild berry, orange crush, black cherry, tangerine, and lemon curd which are molded into vanilla taffy. Scent sachets are available for $3.00.

Vibrant Wax?!

Hello lovelies! Today's post is going to be a lot different than what you usually stop by to see, but it's going to feature a shop that I really love, Vibrant Vinyls! This is where you can find a wide variety of nail art related items. And now I'm even more in love because April is soon going to add a new product to her shop.... wax melts! I've been a wax lover for a little over a year now. I have several warmers and lots of random wax melts stored away lol. Shhh I like to collect things ok?! Well not really but I do obtain a nice little stash and slowly melt through the seasons. When I got the chance to try out some of the upcoming Vibrant Wax I couldn't wait, I melted one moments after snapping some pics!

These little cupcakes were so cute! The cotton candy scent is light and sweet.

If you've been a reader for awhile you'll know that I love roses and all things floral. This one is a beauty to look at. The scent is reminiscent of a favorite childhood cereal which always makes me think of lemon and I love lemon, this beautiful wax tart is a sweet citrus-y bakery scent.

The rooms in my home are fairly large. The throw was nice and the lovely scents lasted a good 8-10 hours. You may experience a longer lasting scent experience if your rooms are smaller than mine. I also melted one using a tealight warmer versus an electric warmer and I feel like the throw from my tealight is always less than my electric warmers.
