Milani Fierce Foil Collection Pt. 1

2:40 PM

Hi everyone! Today's post is part one of my swatches and thoughts on the Milani Fierce Foil Collection! This is going to be a two part swatch fest! Makeup and nail polish, Woo!

First up are the three new Rose Powder Blushes.
*not a fierce foil but new shades to the milani rose blush line.*

Sorry there isn't a true swatch for these, I managed to lose the photos. Yay for being total ditz. These are on the super dry powdery side in my opinion which leaves a not so great color payoff. I remember everyone raving about the last set, I don't own any so I can't compare them. If you own the others and have tried these I would love to hear your thoughts.

Next up are the four Fierce Foil Eye Shine quads. The descriptions are from the official Milani site.

Milan (soft pinks and taupes)

 Rome (rich lavenders and purples)

Florence (copper, bronze, gold)

Venice (icy white and cool blues)

I have to say some of these have my heart and others not so much. I love the creamy consistency of these and the foil look is amazing, but the glitter in them makes them a little hard to work with.
The warmer more earthy shades in Milan and Florence are really nice. I'd probably pass on the others. The white was a nightmare, the glitters drag the cream making it a hot patchy mess.

So far I've had some hits and misses. Now let's move on to more hits and way fewer misses!!

This is the Supreme Kohl Kajal eyeliner.
Blackest Black

It's hard for me to find a good pencil liner for my waterline. I swear I put it on, blink once and it's gone! Where did it go? I have no idea! So I just stopped lining my waterline all together. Well this little beauty has totally change that, hooray! If you have run away eyeliner you might want to try this.

The last part of today's post is the Fierce Foil Liner
 Black Gold Foil, Purple Foil

 Brown Foil, Navy Foil

These little beauties come in individual pots with its own liner brush, have a foil shine and micro glitters. The micro glitters in these aren't bothersome like they are in the shadows so that makes them a great way to end today's post. I like to end on a positive note. These wore nicely and I think they're super pretty also.

Well I hope you enjoyed today's post! I will have one more for you ending the Milani swatch fest coming soon.

Any favorites from today's post? Anything you might just try? I'd love to know so leave me a comment down below!
