Hey everyone!
I hope you're well. Today I have a few swatches and quick review for a few of the Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Boho Chic collection colors! I will also be trying their newly formulated MG 2x Volume top coat. Stay tuned for my thoughts on that later. Onto the polish!

Boho a-go-go

This was my first time trying the miracle gel colors, and I have to say I think they're really good formula wise. Two easy coats for each. I did float the polish on so the bristles didnt pick up and make the coats patchy. I'm not sure any non curing gel would last 14+ days and I did not wear test these because I try to keep my non dominant hand in soak off gels, sorry lovelies!
The miracle gel 2x volume topcoat is nice and glossy. I found mine constantly had bubbles on my brush during the time of swatching, which is slightly annoying. I'm betting it had to do with the weather where I live though, super hot and I did have the ac on. In my opinion it wasn't very volumizing, when I hear that I think of a nice squishy glossy layer, like a thick gel polish.... This didn't do it for me. However it is decent for a topcoat. It's not thin and watery, it's not overly thick, it's just a nice glossy topcoat.

These polishes retail for $9.99 & also come in le duo packs for $14.99 and are available at chain drugstores and mass retailers nationwide.

Thanks for hanging out with me and let me know if you've tried the Miracle Gel line!
Until next time

  1. I have tried a number of these but they don't last 14 days...they are more durable then other SH polishes though. Great swatches!

  2. Beautiful swatches! I've never felt the need to try these; although the colors are pretty the price seems a bit high and I don't need or want a polish to last 14 days :) I do love my regular SH polishes though!
