UberChic Halloween plates are seriously some of my favorites. I love these images of little witch legs and shoes. The stockings and twirly toed shoes are adorable. I decided on these images and then watermarbling popped into my head. For my marble I used a few  Zoya polishes, I love how they marble. I started with a base of Purity and for my marble I used Cam & Liv from the Sunsets collection along with Pipedream polish Clearwater. Once it was all dry, after stamping I applied a coat of seche vite and a coat of Opi Matte top coat.

Truth be told, I am not a fan of spiders. They creep me the fuck out. But I do a spider mani every year and this years is one of my favorites! 

 

The base for my creepy crawly spiders is the Polish 'M Halloween duo, I started with Bugs & Hisses and then sponged The Great Pumpkin in random spots. I really love these two polishes glossy or matte (glossy swatches can be found on the polish 'm fan page found here). The  spider and web images are from UberChic Halloween 02. Once I was done per usual I applied a coat of seche vite and once that was dry a coat of Opi Matte top coat!

I've used Polish 'M Bugs & Hisses for my base. My pointer and pinky rocked some skull and crossbone stamping decals. To stick my decals to my nails I used my new favorite sticky base coat from Vibrant Vinyls, shes taking a short break but she will be back before you know it! I completed my stamping with a little trick or treat image and cute posing skeleton! All of these images are from UberChic Halloween 01. After top coating and allowing to dry I applied a coat of opi Matte top coat.

I'm starting it off with this bat mani.

 

 

For my gradient I've used Zoya Liv & Opi Kerry Blossom. 

For my stamping I've used a bat image from BornPretty Store plate BP-81 and black stamping polish also from bps. After my stamping I applied 1 coat of seche vite and a coat of Opi Matte top coat.

Today's post is a special one. It hits close to home and I'm thrilled to be able to bring these swatches to you today. 

Colors by Llarowe made this special shade for a man named Edward Ashbury. Ed is known to be a hard working man whose life goal was to take care of his family. He never asked anyone for anything and didn't need the luxuries in life as long as he could provide for those he loved. Sadly he was forced into early retirement when he was diagnosed with stage 4 colon and liver cancer. The family has also been taking care of their mother whose had chronic health issues for 10 years. Now they have the added stress of losing their home, Ed's dream is to live out his life there and to have the same for his dear wife. 

LeahAnn came up with some prototypes and Ed himself picked this shade! He admited knowing nothing about polish but said this one was beautiful! Next she gave the polish the name sake of Fast Eddie which is Ed's radio handle, he's a trucker and that's what he goes by. 

So how this families story hits close to home, Ed is a trucker... like my husband, who would also do anything for me. He's my rock. Secondly we just recently lost an uncle to colon cancer that spread to several organs. I couldn't wait to help spread the word for this fundraiser in hopes of raising some money for the Ashbury family. And now onto the polish! 

Fast Eddie 

 

Fast Eddie is a blue to green shifting holo with purple and blue shimmer.  The colors for liver and colon cancer.

I added a little double stamping to this beauty.

Cerise intense holo with navy glass flecks. This is a beauty sure to please! 2 coats + top coat.

Blush pink coral subtle holo with strong gold shimmer and ultra holo glitter. 2 coats + top coat. 

Well what can I say? These are phenomenal. Each was a dreamy 2 coats. The formulas are nice and opaque without being overly thick. Glam polishes are high on my list of favorites and still remain so. If you need any of these or any other amazing polishes everything is linked below!
