Hello lovelies! I took a loooong, much needed break from blogging and then I had a whole lot of annoying set backs, thanks life.... but it’s time to get back into the swing of things! Today I’ve got some of my favorites to share. And in tomorrow’s post I have some new things to share. I hope you’ll check out both.
Left over residue and drying effects of the acetone. If I continued using acetone alone. over time without providing any relief, soon my skin would peel and crack. I no longer have that issue!
As you can see, there is no residue left over! My skin and nails look healthy as can be.
It looks so cute layered. In my opinion, anyway.
Here it is, all shaken up and ready to be added into my acetone. For the bigger size bottle you will want to add 1/4 to 6-8oz of acetone. I prefer to use one vial or 1/4 of the bottle in 8oz. If you need extra moisture, you can fill your acetone bottle with less acetone. Or you can use the bigger bottle and add more than 1/4 of the antidote to your bottle. It’s all personal preference.
Onto my favorites. I’m going to start with the Baroness X Acetone Antidote.
The Baroness X acetone antidote comes in small .5oz glass bottles or in a 2oz plastic bottle. There are tons of scents to choose from and I’ve never met one I haven’t loved. I chose one of my all time favorites ‘Clockwork Orange’ for my large bottle and ‘Fresh Peach’ for the smaller bottle. I am so happy I tried Fresh peach, it smells absolutely amazing.
Acetone antidote is meant to be used with 100% acetone or acetone heavy removers. AA will keep your skin nice and moisturized during the removal of your old manicure.
Here is a pic using 100% acetone, alone.

Here’s one after using 100% acetone with a vial of Acetone Antidote added to it.

The Baroness X Acetone Antidotes need a good shake before adding it to your acetone. I find it stays mixed really well once I’ve added it to my bottles.
