New York Color Expert Last Matte Lip Color

Hello lovelies!

I have a drugstore lippie to share in today's post. This is the NYC expert last matte lip color in the shade Noho Matte Nude.

This lipgloss has the comfort of a gloss with the opaque pigment quality of a matte lippie. It also has a normal doe foot applicator.

While I have to agree that this Lippie is super pigmented it lacks being matte. I waited 5 minutes before taking these swatch photos and this is the sheen when I tilted my hand after the 5 minutes.

So sad that it's not matte, but the formula does feel nice and it's affordable so that's always a plus. This also comes in two other colors. If you're a gloss fan I'd pick these up. Even though it's not very matte the color pay off is well worth it.
