Square Hue Scooter Key West
2:16 AM
Hi guys! How was your weekend? Good I hope! I've been spending some time pool side and slathering myself with sunscreen. It's definitely feeling like summer so how about some swatches and a stamping nail art look that perfect for spring and summer! Today I have another awesome subscription box from Square Hue to show you... This is the Scooter Key West box!
Let's take a closer look at the colors in this box!
When I see this I immediately think weddings. It's so soft and delicate and the shimmer, ohhhhh the shimmer. It's so beautiful! This can easily be used in 1 coat for a French base, 2 coats still had a lot of vnl so this is 3 coats + top coat.
Woooo! Grab your shades cause you're gonna want to slap this one on and go have some fun..... Or just sit on your couch with the AC on and stare at your mani, I'm totally good with both! This one is stunning and easy to look at. The base is definitely bright enough to catch your eye but the shimmer.... Oh my!!!! Shown is 2 easy coats + top coat.
Square Hue is a subscription box that contains 3 polishes for $21 usd with complimentary shipping. They also offer a box with 2 polishes for $16 usd with complimentary shipping.
3 awesome shades that look like they're made to be worn while soaking up some sun! One of them is a straight up minty cream and the other two have a lovely shimmer running through out!
Duval Street
This is much more mint in person, I feel like my topcoat pulled some weird bitch move on me and turned spots more yellow. Time for a new bottle I suppose! Anyway the polish itself is beautiful and creamy. This is 2 coats + top coat.
Mallory Square
Southern Most Point
Lastly is this cute little stamping mani.
I used Duval Street as my base and stamped a background image with a non stamping white polish so that some of the background color would seep through And then used Southern Most Point to stamp the flowers and added small clusters of dots. And that's it, easy peasy! *stamping images are from Bornpretty BP-L015
One thing I really love about Square Hue, besides the polish of course, is how much they care! They take a portion of their proceeds and donate it to causes of their choice to try and help our world! Right now they're donating to help stop Human trafficking. So if you're into polish with a good cause, please check out Square Hue!
