FingerPaints Fast Dry

Hello everyone! I'm keeping it short and sweet with this post. From now through October FingerPaints is offering a new fast dry line! I'm here to share 4 of the colors and my thoughts on the fast dry top coat. Time for the swatches!

Cool Coral

This is 2 coats of color and 1 coat of the fast dry top coat. The formula was smooth and easy to apply. The dry time is pretty fast if you use thin coats. I waited about 1 minute after polishing to apply my top coat.

Pronto Purple

This one is pretty much the same as the first. No issues. Good dry time. I also used 2 coats of color and a coat of the fast dry top coat.

Champagne Gold

The formula on this one is on the thicker side. It's still easy to apply though. As you can see it dries with visible brushstrokes. When I have visible brushstrokes I usually sponge on the last coat, it gives it a different look that I really love. My swatch is 2 coats of polish and 1 coat of the fast dry top coat.

Fathom Blue

This one is gorgeous on the nail. In the bottle the glitters do give a reflect of purple, but I couldn't get that to happen on the nail. Again this is 2 coats of color and a coat of the fast dry top coat.

Over all the polishes are nice. The formulas are easy to apply. The dry time is pretty fast if you use thin coats. I waited about 1 minute after polishing to apply my top coat and my mani was dry to the touch within 1 minute. If you use a thicker second coat the dry time increases. For a completely hard mani it took around 8-12 minutes. As you can see in the last macro, I didn't float my bead well enough and I got a few bristle drag marks that didn't self level. I feel like this could possibly smear nail art.
